Upon entering you will be given lavender infused olive and Palma Christi oil with a special blessing to commence your new journey. The angel wing high-vibration room is a place to set your intention daily and is perfect to come back for meditation or journaling.
Sleep, Pray, Love... sanctuary house holds space for 5 women. Each private room has a king sized bed and spacious closets with shared bathrooms. There is one suite with a private bathroom. The sanctuary has a private, secluded atrium for lounging in the fresh air that doubles as our Art Therapy and lounging space. While in the community areas you'll enjoy super comfortable spaces to prayerfully and mindfully eat, a full kitchen, and a Sacred Movement area to stretch, dance, and enjoy community.
SLEEP...
It's time to prioritize your SLEEP. Private rooms, plush beds, black out curtains, orange lens glasses for evening wind down, yoga mats for stretching any time you need in privacy, healing sound machines, red light therapy wraps and soothing lavender halo treatment oil are all tools at your fingertips for enhancing your sleep. It's a perfect time to honor yourself and embrace nature's circadian rhythm- bedtime rituals to unwind.
PRAY...
Connect with your Spiritual practice to elevate your purpose and gain inspiration and peace. Enjoy meditative early morning or sunset walks around the mountain while picking wild sage.
You'll feel your vibration rise. Enjoy the angel winged meditation space to journal and claim your intention. It's the perfect time to elevate your meditation or prayer practice.

This is Your time to prioritize what you love and nurture your highest good! You'll be given a Flourish journal. What do you desire or crave? Explore your creativity in a safe, nurturing environment. Optional Art therapy and Book Club zooms are purposeful engagements that enrich your life with joy and meaning to get in touch with your authentic heart felt desires. You will have the time and space and relaxed nervous system to create a new and inspired vision for your life. It's your time to explore what you require to feel, look, and BE your most authentic, radiant self.
