Private Rooms

We appreciate you for considering living in our home as a housemate. We very much enjoy a clean, quiet, safe atmosphere, and because of that, we are extremely mindful of who we live with. We have multiple levels of security and we require an extensive background report for safety (Credit, Criminal, Eviction, DUI, Sex Offender, Income Verification report.) It costs 45 (directly to TransUnion). We want to make sure this is a good fit for you and ask that you fill out an interest form so that we can honor and respect each other's highest good and create a peaceful sabbatical and transformational environment for each person! We have weekly group zoom calls to further create community and prepare for your stay.  We hope to meet you soon!

We are looking for friendly, quiet, clean, respectful housemates. All rooms include furnishings and linens (which stay with the house when you leave.)  Our house has 3 private rooms for 1195 a month for a room with a shared bathroom. There is one larger spacious bedroom with a private entrance for 1395 month with a shared bathroom. Included in your stay is electricity, wifi, a/c, washer and dryer, a 3 tiered security system, newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, newly updated bathrooms, fully furnished bedrooms with new King beds, double closets and a once a month cleaning of common spaces. We also do a flexible lease so if you don’t want to do a 12 month lease- a month-to-month is 150 additional every month.
